Responsibilities
- Senior Management: The directors and senior management of AOD Building and Maintenance Services Ltd are responsible for ensuring that health and safety measures are implemented and continuously reviewed. They will lead by example and ensure that resources are allocated to support the health and safety program.
- Employees: All employees are responsible for following the health and safety guidelines, using the provided safety equipment, and reporting hazards, near misses, and accidents promptly. Employees should always be aware of the risks associated with their work and take personal responsibility for their own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of others.
- Contractors and Subcontractors: All contractors and subcontractors engaged by AOD Building and Maintenance Services Ltd must comply with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures. They must ensure their workers are adequately trained and have access to the necessary protective equipment and safety measures.
Risk Assessment and Control Measures
We conduct regular risk assessments of all activities to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures. These measures may include:
